How we make it, and how we check it
We control the parts that decide quality: the yarn we buy, the looms we use, the stitching and the final inspection.
Our production
- Yarn: we buy our own yarn from spinning mills and record the lot used for every order.
- Weaving: our partnered weaving units in the Erode cluster, looms, weave our fabric to our spec.
- Stitching: our own stitching unit, with partner units for large orders, all working to our spec sheets.
- Inspection and packing: done by our own team for every order.

Quality checks on every order

Lab testing
On request we send samples to an NABL-accredited laboratory in India, including 5 pieces per container, each a different product picked at random from a different carton.
- Fibre composition
- Colourfastness to washing, rubbing, light and perspiration
- Shrinkage after washing
- Absorbency and GSM
- Banned azo dyes and formaldehyde
Golden sample
Every approved sample is sealed, signed and stored with its spec sheet. Before shipment, the bulk is compared with it for colour, feel, size and weight. You keep a matching set, so we're both checking against the same reference.
Your own inspector is always welcome before shipment: SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, QIMA or your team.
Certification
We list only what applies. Certifications that your programme needs can be arranged on request once the order is confirmed.
