How an order works, from spec to your warehouse
Clear steps, written specs and proof at every stage, so the bulk you receive matches the sample you approved.
Spec agreed
You send a sample, a spec sheet or a brief. We write the full spec: fibre, yarn type and count, weight with tolerance, size, construction, colour, finish, tests and packing. You sign it off.
Paid sample
We make 2 pieces of each item to that spec for you to check and approve.
Golden sample sealed
Once you approve, one set is sealed, signed and kept by us; you keep the other. It's the reference for every bulk check.
Bulk made and tested
You get photos at yarn, fabric, stitching and packing. On request, an NABL-accredited lab tests 5 pieces from every container, each a different product picked at random from a different carton. Your inspector is welcome before shipment.
Shipped with papers
We book, clear export customs, issue the certificate of origin and send tracking with an estimated arrival date.
